Financial Accountant / Finance Manager

Macildowie Recruitment is currently supporting an SME business based a short drive from the city with the recruitment of a new Financial Accountant / Finance Manager. They are a well know brand in their field and have recently relocated to a new head facility. Due to the firms location they are a commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire. Coventry, Nottingham and Derby.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Accountant / Finance Manager will be responsible for both the management and financial Accounting activity's for the business as well as leading a small team of 3 staff. Tasks will include the preparation of monthly management accounts, supporting in budgeting/forecasting, annual submissions and year end. You will provide will informed financial information to the management team in order for them to make well informed decisions about the business.

To be considered for the role you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting and also be actively studying in the later stages of CIMA or ACCA.

The role offers a salary range of between £30,000 and £35,000 plus benefits.
