Assistant Management Accountant

Macildowie Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a large & prestigious fmcg Leicester based business on a permanent basis. The role is based at the firms head office which is at central location and is easily commutable from all areas of Leicestershire, Wariwickshire & Northamptonshire

Reporting to one of the firms Finance Managers, the Assistant Accountant role is a great opportunity to join this highly profitable and growing business. Working as part of a team the role has responsibility's for  assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts including bank / balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry's, accruals /  prepayment and assisting with post month end financial analysis / reporting.

The client is keen to hear from candidate who are currently working in a similar role but looking to move to a business that us able to offer excellent opportunity's for future career development. It is essential that you have all ready had exposure to monthly management accounts, be actively studying towards CIMA or ACCA and also be able to use Excel to a good level.

The client is offering a salary range of between £26,000 and £30,000 plus a generous benefits package including a bonus and full study support.
