Systems Accountant

A Private equity backed business, due to a number of acquisitions, is recruiting for Systems Accountant. You will be responsible for the accounting development of the back office system to include the technical and accounting integration of any acquisitions, developments and initiatives. This role involves working with the existing team to integrate the accounting systems of the new businesses, technical integration of the acquisition to include planning the proposed integration method and testing the results. Managing and testing the accuracy of the data transfers between systems, ongoing review of the back office systems, driving efficiencies and improvements. Supporting the FC with the date transfers between systems for external audits.

To be considered you will ideally be a qualified or part qualified accountant with a good understanding of double entry accounting, experience of implementing a new back office system and strong IT skills.
