Partner Financial is working with a Global Services Group based in Central London who are about to embark on a large scale Finance Transformation Project. The business has been growing successfully for a number for a number of years, and is now looking to improve and develop its finance processes within the new shared service centre.
The company are seeking a finance process lead to head up various transactional work streams, mapping out and troubleshooting the current processes with a view to implementing a best practice approach thereafter – production of relevant process manuals, documentation and training will be a key deliverable.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in change and transformation, with previous experience in Finance Projects and Processes, having carried out similar process mapping, development, re-engineering for a global business and having worked to tight deadlines in an environment that is highly dynamic.
