Description

The key responsibilities for this Financial Controller role based in Lancaster are as follows:

• Full ownership of the management accounts and month end process
• Leading an integration project to bring in different parts of the group to the Lancaster site
• Establishing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency
• Carrying out a hands on role, with full responsibility for credit control, accounts payable and receivable
• Performing both strategic and hands on duties
• Working closely with stakeholders outside of finance

Profile

The ideal candidate for this unique Financial Controller role is:

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (unfortunately no QBE/studying accountant can be considered for this role
• A confident communicator, able to lead a high level project
• A qualified accountant who has a substantial amount of experience of working in the property sector
• An approachable, down to earth, hard working individual looking for a varied role that combines hands on duties with high level strategic responsibilities

Job Offer

This Financial Controller role based in the property sector can offer a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 + fantastic company benefits.
