Blackwaters is recruiting a Group Financial Controller on behalf of an international logistics business based in Crawley.
The group is growing and looking to add further acquisitions to their portfolio.
Responsible for all accounting and reporting activity internationally, the Group Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the following;
- Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting cycles
- External reporting including audit & annual and interim financial statements under IFRS
- Internal reporting (weekly dashboards / monthly management reporting & analysis)
- Group-wide compliance with oversight of internal audit
- Finance team (c25)
- Technical accounting including multi-currency consolidation
- M&A activity - acquisition accounting, impairment reviews etc
The right candidate will have demonstrate the following:
- PLC reporting
- Managing international subsidiaries
- Balance of technical accounting and FP&A reporting exposure
- Commercial acumen
- Team management
