Commercial Finance Director - £100-120k plus excellent benefits - East Midlands
Gleeson Recruitment Group is currently working with a high-profile consumer products business based in the East Midlands.
We are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Director to join its Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CFO and operating as their number two, the successful individual will be responsible for all commercial finance activities including teams across supply chain, FP&A and overheads, with a wider remit to partner with all corporate functions.
The scale of the UK operation is circa £400 million and the business is part of a very successful and expanding world-wide group. The Commercial Finance Director will operate as part of the UK's Senior Management Team and will interface at both local and global board level. As such leadership, gravitas and the ability to drive performance is critical to success in this role.
Future development in the business for the successful Commercial Finance Director includes UK & European CFO roles, with eventual Managing Director positions if that is where your ambitions lie. We are specifically looking for an individual who has the capability to step up over the next couple of years.
