Finance Business Partner

Investigo are pleased to be recruiting for a leading retail business in Northamptonshire. Our client, a well-known business are recruiting a Finance Business Partner, to work within their most profitable business unit.

You will be working within the Transport & Stock area of the business, where you will have exposure to new projects and senior management.

This highly analytical role, will be supporting on financial and commercial decisions, looking at ways of improving performance and processes, providing insightful data and challenging your stakeholders.

Key tasks -:

• Producing KPI reports and support on decision making for us to deliver results. You will Business partner with the Divisional "Heads of Functions" to understand the key performance metrics.

• You will make data easily and clearly accessible for Finance at monthly steering groups that and therefore provide the senior team with clear data that is easily understood and can be used to drive actionable insights.

• Managing investment appraisal business cases, modelling impact on financial return and working capital.

• Supporting the delivery of the 5 Year Plan, budget and forecasting cycles by working closely with business partners to help deliver a robust planning cycle.

• Plan and manage insight projects to improve reporting processes or investigate reasons behind performance variances..

The successful applicant will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and be able to demonstrate previous analytical experience, ideally within Stock management or Logistics Finance.
