International Financial Controller

Our client is a UK listed, global leader in the provision of retail and associated services for some of the world's leading brands

The company continues to grow at a rapid pace and they have plans to both develop existing and emerging markets.

They are now seeking an exceptional International Financial Controller to join them as they further develop and integrate emerging markets.

Joining a highly team orientated and collaborative culture, responsibilities will include;

• Managing the financial control, reporting and financial planning and analysis for the division
• Working with the FD and CEO to help develop and implement strategic planning, setting of financial targets and delivery of robust internal reporting
• Maintain and develop an internal control framework across the various countries
• Ensure effective integration of acquired businesses into the global operating model
• Development of legal structures and management of capital requirements within emerging markets.

Potential candidates will be ACA qualified with an impressive academic and professional background. This is likely to have been formed either in the group finance function or in a divisional finance role within a high quality, blue chip environment. A background in retail / consumer and multisite environments would be an advantage, but is not essential .You must be prepared to travel and will be eager to move to a role that will give you exceptional future opportunities for career progression on a global basis. You will be proactive in approach and will be comfortable operating with senior colleagues in both one to one and group environments.
