Greenwell Gleeson is working in partnership with a listed contracts led organisation. Working in the regional HQ my client is looking for a commercially savvy and ambitious finance professional who will be able to step up to a Head of Finance role in 2-3 years. In the role you will be tasked with producing the monthly results for several key clients and projects and present them to senior management. You will then be responsible for analysing the performance and work in partnership with the operations to help drive business improvement and maintain and increase margins. Also there will be additional project work such as supporting new business bids/tenders and project reviews. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate adaptability, tenacity, a strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed. Also excellent communication and analysis skills will be equally important. Final experience in construction and contract accounting would be highly desirable.
