Financial Controller

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will assist in the responsibility for the finance and administration of the different entities including operational matters including IT, premises, staff and compliance.  The wide ranging and technically complex role will involve:

• Preparation of management accounts, annual accounts and tax reporting
• Review of legal documentation
• Reporting to investors on  a regular basis
• Preparation and review of quarterly reports and capital statements to investors
• Improve and maintain IT systems
• Interim and annual audit – liaising with external auditors
• Tax reporting – liaising with external advisors

There is potential future progression to the Finance Director role in the medium term.  The role will potentially suit someone from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm either looking for their first or second move from practice.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly dynamic team successful North West business.
