Financial Director/Senior FC

Client Details:

My client is a highly innovative mid-sized Manufacturing / FMCG company with significant operations in UK and Europe. They are looking for an experienced Financial Controller looking to take a step up on an existing Financial Director looking for a new challenge to join the leadership team, drive the finance team forward and provide the business with valuable insight.

Description:

Leading and inspiring a high performing finance, you'll be heavily involved in:

*Monthly business financial reporting to local leadership and overseas listed parent company
*Partner with business operations to empower leaders to run high performing businesses
*Running the entire budgeting & forecasting process
*Developing and mentoring the finance team
*Identifying areas to improve processes and drive efficiencies
*Ad hoc requests from the parent company and senior management
*Lead a large SAP transformation

Profile:

To be considered you must be:

*Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or European equivalent
*Proven experience as a Financial Controller for a Manufacturing / FMCG company
*SAP experience highly advantageous
Job Offer
Excellent package on offer for the right candidate at £85 - 105k + bonus. London based.
