A global, brand name retail/FMCG organisation is currently looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Analyst, on a permanent basis due to an internal move.
The Senior Commercial Analyst will report directly to the Head of EMEA Commercial Finance and will play a multidimensional role requiring a solid business and commercial minded individual with a secure technical accounting background. and cross departmental business partnering abilities. You will support top and bottom line by helping determine pricing, margins, operational procedures and risk factors.
Responsibilities include; driving daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and analysis and reviews, working partnership with sales and marketing teams to maximise financial output, taking the lead on the production of forecasting activities, month end and quarter end close. Supervises two supporting analysts.
CIMA/ACA newly qualified or finalist with a proven track record in a commercial capacity from a retail/FMCG background preferred. Exposure to technical accounting and advanced Excel skills also desirable.
