International Finance Manager

SF Group are currently recruiting for an International Finance Manager for an exciting business based in Nottingham with offices across the UK and Europe. this is an exciting time to join the business after growth and a restructure, and offers wide exposure across the business.

As the Finance Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, into a newly created role, where you will have the opportunity to make a name for yourself in a short amount of time.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Budget of centrally held costs
• Oversee and support the financial reporting, planning and accounting
• Support the International CFO in International compliance, analytical and reporting activities.
• Manage the funding investments
• Provide advice to finance on any accounting or reporting requirements
• Review statutory accounts raising any financial issues
• Prepare all management reporting requirements
• Monthly reporting
• Budgeting/forecasting
• Production of the 3 year strategic plan
• Reviewing and challenging significant international capex proposals.
• Ensuring that International businesses are adhering to Group policy on capex approvals.
• Ensuring that risk registers for the international businesses are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
• Ad hoc investigations and analysis projects on behalf of the International CFO.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with previous experience of planning, financial reporting and analysis. You will have excellent commercial and business acumen, with the ability to support strategic projects across the business. You will have the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across the business.
