Financial Controller

Our client is a well known and private equity backed high profile restaurant business, and they're looking for a Financial Controller. This is a dynamic role with commercial and operational elements, which requires candidates who are both technically strong and personally commanding.

You will report directly to the CFO, and the role will include: liaison with PE, handle cash covenants, and working capital models. Your work will assist with propelling the company through its next phase of growth. As a leader in the finance team you will take on considerable management responsibilities, including training and mentoring, across the team.

This is an exciting business with the potential to expand internationally. If you are confident in your ability to work and motivate others in a fast paced environment, driving continuous improvement across an increasingly complex organization, this is a fantastic opportunity. Multisite experience, ideally in hospitality or retail, is a prerequisite, as is an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
