This is an excellent opportunity to move into a more commercial Corporate Finance role within the Birmingham office of one of the leading international firms of Chartered Accountants. The successful candidate will either be a newly qualified ACA/ACCA or up to 2 years post qualified experienced accountant who is looking to progress their career with the Transaction Services area of Corporate Finance.   You will have an exceptional academic background, show excellent commercial awareness and be eager to learn and progress.

You will get involved in supporting a variety of transactions through due diligence reporting, forecasting, modelling and fund raising.  We focus on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, debt financing, initial public offerings (IPOs) and other transactions This will be an excellent transition from audit or a strong career move to build on any sort of Corporate Finance experience you may already have.
