Your new company
This fast growing Debt advisory firm works across utilities, housing, shipping and FTSE 100 companies. The business has doubled in size over the last few years, and due to this there is an abundance of opportunity to progress your career and join a team of four analysts reporting into the Director. The business is looking for an analyst from either corporate finance, banking or treasury with strong modelling experience and an interest in debt and derivatives.
Your new role
This role will have you working with the debt and derivatives advisory team and supporting across various areas from modelling to providing quantitative advice. Responsibilities will vary depending on your area of interest and experience but will include; providing quantitative advice based on financial models, working across a range of activities from corporate finance to detailed advice on derivative valuations and transaction structures. Over time there will also be opportunity to get further involved in these areas and help manager the modelling process across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will enjoy interaction with senior stakeholders and developing external relationships, have strong excel skills, experience of financial modelling, be ambitious and looking to develop your career. You will have sector experience in financing or derivative roles gained either within professional services, banking or treasury. You will need to have a strong academic background, and ideally be working towards further qualifications.
