Looking for a step into the property sector? Are you a qualified accountant? This Management Accountant role is for you then. The company is a property consultancy with offices in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
The role itself is a newly created role, working alongside the Financial Controller and the Senior Financial Controller.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the month end and balance sheet reconciliations for all company entities
- Assisting the trainee accountants
- Review the month end process and implement improvements
- Presenting financial information to department heads (finance & non-finance)
- Preparation of Audit files
- Assisting with the budgeting and reforecasting
- Key focus to the role is helping implement a new finance system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ad hoc taks required by the FC and Senior FC
Ideally you're going to have 1 year of Management Accountant experience, be highly competent on Excel, and be a well motivated individual looking for a company that you can progress with. Experience working within an LLP background is a must. The role is based in SW London paying up to £55,0000.
