Graduate Finance Trainee

My client, a busy accountancy practice, is looking for a Trainee with an excellent academic background to work within a practice environment.

This is an ideal role if you are looking to develop your accountancy career, as it will involve a high level of client contact.  You will be involved in preparing accounts, both at client’s premises and in the office; assisting with client audits, and undertaking work in aspects of taxation and VAT.

This will help you to gain a solid understanding of the main accountancy principles and to appreciate the firm’s approach to its clients.

My client is looking for candidates with good GSCE, A-Level results and a degree achieved or expected at 2:1 or above.

A degree in accounting or finance would be an advantage but is not essential; relevant work experience would also be favourable.
