Senior Accounts Payable Manager - Maidenhead, Berkshire - £400 - £450 per day - 6- 9 Month

Wade Macdonald are working with a prestigious US Listed business on an exciting Senior Accounts Payable Manager role for a leading global organisation that is going through continued growth and process improvements. As the result of continued growth and expansion, the business is seeking to add a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to act as a process improvement specialist, this role is to work alongside the current leadership team to drill down on processes and focus on constant process improvement across the department, championing controls and compliance and optimising efficiency's for the EMEA functions in the Shared Service Centre.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead the identification and successful implementation of internal process improvements
• Ensure the teams have appropriate objectives documented including professional development plans for each employee.
• Represent the EMEA Region as the P2P Process expert and looking at the end to end processes.
• Report KPI's and relevant statistics to stakeholders.
• Manage a fortnightly call with in-country Finance Directors to discuss issues and performance.
• Ensure the AP team delivers the appropriate SOX Controls completely and on time.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong AP process improvement project background having focused on EMEA function in the past, strong ERP system's skills i.e SAP or Oracle is a must.
