Our exclusive client in North Warwickshire are a profitable, multi-site manufacturing business supplying a range of B2B markets under a number of brands. Following a recent reshuffle in finance they are keen to appoint a new Finance Manager, duties including:
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, Business Review Pack
- Preparation of annual budgets/rolling forecasts
- Develop Factory Reporting
- Systems improvement and part of cross functional operational team
Candidates will ideally have experience of delivering change in a complex manufacturing business, and be comfortable working in a largely standalone capacity. Preference is for ACMA qualified candidates, but factory/shop-floor experience or LEAN manufacturing is particularly sought-after and is prioritised. Finally, good communication skills are essential at all levels.
