A large local organisation operating in the not-for-profit sector are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing strong leadership for the Business Partnering function of the business by maintaining a solid financially controlled environment and leading all commercial aspects of the organisation ensuring its continuous improvement through efficient delivery of controls and processes. Individuals coming from a public sector background with previous experience of a role at a managerial level are favourable.
Duties will include:
- Assist in producing Financial Statements, Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Deliver and lead commercial analysis and review
- Identify key issues and advise appropriate actions
- Assist the Finance team in delivering KPI's
- Monitor cashflow and costing
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal processes
- Risk Assessment
- Manage and report Business reviews when required
- Provide adhoc support and be a pro-active team member
You must have:
- CCAB, ACCA Qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a senior finance role
- Strong Commercial and Analytical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
