Bookkeeper / Finance Manager, sole finance function, SME organisation.

Your new company
You will be working for an award winning organisation based near Caernarfon. This SME organisation has a turnover of around 1.5 million. Going from strength to strength with a full order book for the next 12 months and has an excellent reputation in North and South Wales.


Your new role
You will join the business as an Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager, reporting directly to the Owner and play an integral part in the business. You will be responsible for all-round accounts, including transactional accounts. Duties include: control the entire accounts function including bookkeeping, purchase and sales records, VAT and PAYE, cash flow management and bank reconciliations, payroll for circa 15 staff.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience and a proven track record of success as a professional Bookkeeper or Accounts Manager, be confident in your ability, eager to learning new systems, have a naturally friendly and welcoming personality and a flexible approach to work.


What you'll get in return
Salary is experience depending although for the right person they are willing to pay up to 26k. Hours 9-5 with an Hours lunch. Potential of study support after probation.
