Robertson Bell Finance are working with a leading Property Development Group to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner. Based in Surrey, the role joins their friendly and results driven team for a minimum period of 3 months.Reporting into the Head of Finance, the main responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner are as follows:
*Producing the monthly management accounts for the main group and 3 subsidiary companies.
*Monthly budgeting and forecasting and variance analysis.
*Business partner with 2 senior budget holders.
*Lead on the annual budgeting process.
The successful candidate will have experience within property development or construction groups and exposure to capital accounting. You will also have demonstrable experience of producing management accounts and business partnering with multiple budget holders. Being fully qualified will be advantageous, however being part qualified or QBE will not rule you out. Knowledge of various ledgers, especially sun will be also be beneficial.
