Finance Manager

A Finance Manager - Management Accounting is required for an immediately recognisable multi-site consumer brand based in West London. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director and taking ownership for the Group's Management Accounting function, this is a high profile role. Key responsibilities will include:

• End to end ownership for the Management Accounting function - ensuring the monthly close process is delivered accurately and on time, with added value commentary
• Designing and implementing 'best in class' management accounting processes, driving through efficiencies and improving the quality of information for results announcements, including half year and annual results as well as interim management statements
• Developing and managing the Group budgeting and forecasting processes
• Preparing presentations for the Executive Committee that are impactful, enable clear decision making and provide challenge and debate
• Managing and developing a team

You will be a qualified accountant with a hands-on, adaptable approach and broad business awareness. With proven management accounting expertise, you will have demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team within a management accounting function. Ideally, you will have previously worked within a fast moving and multi-site organisation. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with and develop working relationships internally and cross-functionally. You will be ambitious, self- motivated with excellent presentation, management reporting, and communication skills.
