If so, we are currently recruiting for a global consultancy who are first class in all that they do. With a high threshold for quality, underpinned by their investment in staff and service offering to clients, the business operates across Europe, Asia, North America and Middle East advising national and multinational corporations. Based out of their impressive Manchester city centre offices, my client is seeking to add a Group Partnership Accounting Manager to manage a team responsible for all aspects of Partnership Accounting globally, including calculation of partners' profit shares, payment of monthly drawings and quarterly distributions; management of partnership capital and capital loans and quarterly tax reserving. The team also has responsibility for the administration and payment of the retired partners' annuity schemes. You will manage the provision of data to the firm's external auditors and actuaries.

You will manage a team of 3 Qualified Accountants, setting appropriate goals and appraising performance. Stakeholder management is key, and you will work closely with the firm's Management Team and the Head of Partner's Tax on specific areas of partners' remuneration and tax requirements. You will adopt a continuous improvement approach, identify potential developments to the teams output, manage the enhancement process, engage stakeholders and ensure objectives are delivered.

You will have an appreciation for the statutory reporting requirements of the UK LLP and a broad understanding of partners' tax requirements across each jurisdiction. You will manage the provision of data to the financial accounting team for disclosure in the UK LLP's Annual Report and Financial Statements.
