A well-established travel brand looking to fill a qualified job in their finance team


Your New Company
This is a tailor-made travel company, looking for a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Finance Manager to join their small, but busy finance function. This role bridges the gap between the Finance Director and the accountants reporting into him. Due to growing demand, the team is expanding, as the Finance Director splits their time in offices across the globe.

The role
This position holds a lot of responsibility, supporting the Financial Director through the continued expansion of the brand, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the company. It is based in Central London, with exposure to senior stakeholders in branches of the business abroad.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of non-qualified accountants
* Providing financial analysis to senior stakeholders
* Develop and maintain accounting principles
* Oversight of the company audit
* Experience with IFRS
* multi-currency banking

What you'll need to succeed
This brand is looking for someone with a real passion for leisure and hospitality. They have an adventurous culture and a positive, supportive atmosphere. Accounting experience in the tourism industry would be preferred, but it is not essential. If you are making your first step into industry, or are coming from a background in the leisure, tourism or hospitality space, this role is the one for you.
