Location: Telford
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 pa + full study support
greenwellgleeson is recruiting for the above role for a leading Logistics organisation with for a permanent role based in Telford
Our client is a Market leading business who is offering a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team with real chance of furthering your career within the company.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* To ensure all cash transactions are accurately recorded, documented and reconciled at the appropriate time intervals (e.g. daily, monthly, weekly, etc)
* To support the cash-flow management process for the group
* To support the month end process through timely and accurate reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts.
* To assist in accurate and timely preparation of statutory accounts, FSA returns, other statutory regulatory returns and returns
* To provide support for the management accounting team as required
* Produce meaningful MI to support figures
* Support with appropriate training, user guides and post release assistance
* APS invoice is coded and posted accurately and in line with timetable
* Prepayments are coded and posted accurately and in line with timetable
* Ad hoc information requests and queries are dealt with promptly
* Month end reconciliations are performed in line with the month end timetable
You will be AAT qualified or hold a relevant finance degree of 2.1 or above. You will also have strong Microsoft packages experience most notably excel
