Striving Media Agency with their fast growing Digital wing is recruiting for a Finance Manager with strong management accounting experience. You will have full control of cost and revenue of one of their regions, produce full p&l with variance analysis.
The right person will have put themselves together management accounts in the past/current roles, looked after both side of the balance sheet and p&l. You should have deferred and accrue cost and revenue, and looked after fix assets.
The personality is a key, this is a fast paced environment, high volume and quality work with constant liaison across the whole agency at all levels. You'll need to be able to prioritise, communicate numbers to non-finance people and have a very engaging personality. This is a challenging world where you need to know your stuff to gain respect but ten reward is high!
ACCA/CIMA/ACA studier or already qualified with strong Excel skills. If you had looked after US or APAC region, it would be beneficial but not essential.
