Revenue Controller - Legal
Leeds
£22,000 - £26,000 per annum plus benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revenue Controller to join a world class financial services based in Leeds. You will drive the end to end process from time recording through to billing focusing on both financial controls and service delivery support. The role encompasses 4 parts; billing enabling, controls, reports and service delivery. You will also have the full responsibility for understanding and managing the end to end process for one key client.
Responsibilities:
*Enable the business to bill as efficiently as possible, working with the legal and financial teams providing information with potential billing risks and opportunities.
*Responsible for the collation and sending of pro formas for processing ensuring all bills raised are within terms of engagement and have valid PO numbers.
*Run control reports indicating areas at risk, reporting to advise legal teams and finance of areas of risk.
*Provide business with financial reports to aid the billing and client relationships process.
*Provide excellent client service building strong relationships between internal clients, finance and offshore operations.
Experience:
*Experience within a revenue/credit control role ideally within a legal firm.
*Sound knowledge of excel and a commercial awareness.
*Strong communicator, negotiation and influencing skills.
*Excellent customer care skills.
*Previous experience within a professional services background.
*Ideally working within a revenue control capacity.
