FP&A Analyst

Axiom are partnering with a global, leading technology business in the Berkshire area with a regional turnover of $2 Billion. The business has recently completed a large acquisition, with another acquisition underway, and further acquisitions on the horizon for 2017 and beyond. They are going through an exciting time of continued growth and expansion, and need ambitious people who can quickly grow and develop in a dynamic environment. There is also soon to be two systems implementations that you will also get involved in. 

As FP&A Analyst you will report into a commercial Finance Director and manage a considerable budget in the multiple millions. You will need to be able to quickly interpret data with accuracy, and provide both operational and financial analysis to various business owners.

You must be a finalist or recently qualified ACA/CIMA accountant, confident and ambitious; with strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management skills! Advanced Excel and analytical skills are key for this role!

This is a broad role including budgeting, analysis of actuals vs forecast, executive presentations and board commentary, sales commission forecasting, revenue recognition and forecasts.

To perform this role successfully, you will need the following skills and background:

• A graduate with ACA/CIMA Accountancy qualification (Finalist or Recently Qualified)
• Excellent and precise analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Data manipulation experience
• A natural attention to detail
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Comfortable working both independently, and as part of a team
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous system knowledge of Oracle & HFM would be desirable
