Axon Moore is delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting early stage consumer health business, which having recently attracted significant investment, is poised for rapid growth in the UK and overseas. The company is already able to boast supplier contracts with some of the UK's largest high street retailers. Their unique product range has been embraced by a large customer following and the opportunities for growth are endless.
We are looking for the company's first Finance Director to join them on their journey. The ideal candidate is also seeking their first FD role and will have experience of a high growth SME and the associated challenges. Cultural fit is important with any organisation but arguably more so with a smaller team. We are looking for high levels of intellect, energy, ambition and drive. Someone with initiative who sees solutions not problems. We accept certain aspects of the role will be a learning curve and the company is prepared to support the right candidate for the long term.
Candidates must be qualified accountants with a strong academic background. An active interest in health and fitness will be a distinct advantage.
