A leading international Investment Management firm are seeking a Property Fund Accountant to join their growing London office. Working out of excellent offices in the heart of the capital’s financial district you will be joining a business with a wide range of clients and gain exposure to multiple asset classes, investment products and stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities include management accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate activities, preparing fund valuations as well as drafting statutory accounts. Your role will also involve cash management, balance sheet reconciliations and liaison with auditors, business partners and investors.
The ideal candidate would be a Part-Qualified or Finalist Accountant with experience in Fund Accounting within the Real Estate Investment space. Knowledge of IFRS, Excel and VAT is desirable as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
