Financial Controller required for a growing Worcester Company

Your new company
A great opportunity to join this Worcestershire Company as Financial Controller at its early stages. My Client has grown considerably over the past few years and now need an experienced Financial Controller to support them with structured finances. Based near Worcester and commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham and Oxford joining this Company now means you will be key their continued growth.

Your new role
As the Financial Controller you will have full responsibility for all areas of accounts, this is very much an all-round hands on role and as the Company grows you will be building a finance team to support you. Currently the Company are utilising their external Accountants, therefore this is a great opportunity for someone to come in and build your own finance structure and processes. You will be working very closely with the Directors to support and advise them on all financial areas to ensure the growth they have achieved so far continues and maximise profitability.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Financial Controller you will be a qualified accountant and be happy working in a very hands on role in all areas of finance.
