Financial Accountant
Exciting role to help a large technology business to acquire a new company. The role is expected to last approximately 9 months.
Client Details
The client turns over in excess of £250m and is based in Gatwick. They are a market leader in their field and are continuously growing.
Description
The role will be to manage the transaction alongside the Big 4 auditors, working with them closely to undertake all due diligence and ensuring the accuracy of the numbers going back to them, as well as presenting to the Group Financial Controllers and business leaders.
Profile
You must have extensive experience of acquiring businesses, ideally from a corporate finance background within practice originally.
