Finance Business Partner

This highly dynamic, market leading retail business is recruiting an ambitious Finance Business Partner. As the key finance interface to a Managing Director and sitting on the board of a small division as the finance representative this role will include:

• Contributing to the creation of business strategy within the region, using your business acumen and strong analytical skills
• Building and leading cross-functional project teams to deliver specific company strategies across all product lines internationally
• Partnering directly with the Managing Director, Marketing Director and the rest of the leadership team to identify risks, prospects for investment revenue-generative opportunities
• Showing clear commercial nous to evaluate all channels to market in order to make investment decisions that improve the ROI on Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Leading forecasting and business analytics to drive short, medium and long-term growth
• Opportunities for domestic and international progression to a Director Level position both inside and outside of finance
• Operating as a leader; coaching and developing across the finance organisation

You will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and an innate commercial understanding. You will also have demonstrable experience of acting as a business partner, supporting and challenging non-finance stakeholders. As this role involves constant interaction with senior non-finance stakeholders across the business you will need the confidence and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate at all levels.
