Group Finance Manager

An ambitious and technically strong Group Finance Manager is required for a rapidly growing, international retail organisation business based in Central London. The role will deliver high quality financial reporting to provide key commercial insights, whilst business partnering with various senior management figures from a budgetary standpoint. Reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the production of high quality financial accounts for both monthly internal management and statutory purposes
• Identifying process and controls improvements within the group's financial reporting process and implementing best practice
• Providing business critical financial and management information to support commercial and operational decision-making
• Ensuring the company complies with all regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with a strong technical background with the ability to business partner across multiple functions at the executive level. You will be a confident and pro-active self-starter. You will have the ability to interact with and develop working relationships internally and externally, with a proactive, forward looking and challenging mindset. You will thrive in a dynamic and fast faced paced environment.
