Your challenges will fall into two broad categories; To personally provide an industry leading business partnering service to a demanding COO and their Directors, understanding the operations, profitability and how to achieve stretching targets, and secondly; Leading and inspiring a team of Business Partners providing a BP service across the entire operations of the organisation.
We are looking for a top tier individual with an already impressive career to date who has had exposure to similar in a sizeable business. You will have had significant exposure to business operations whilst partnering at Executive level. Gravitas is key, along with the ability to influence and challenge the most senior individuals. You will be a fully qualified Accountant looking to push on with your career. An excellent opportunity awaits within a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial business of suitable scale to develop your career in the long term.
