Axiom are working on an exciting opportunity for a Group Reporting Accountant role for a reputable globally recognised brand with clients in over 180 countries.

Based in their group finance team, this role has exposure to various senior Stakeholders and will support the requirements of the Head of Group Reporting and Group Financial Controller as required.

About the role

As a key member of the Group reporting team, this role will assist in the production of the group's monthly Management Accounts, annual Budget and Forecasts, 3 year Strategic plan, together with the annual statutory financial statements for the Group & UK subsidiary companies.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll need to have the following skills/abilities:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) circa 2 years PQE.
• Experience of working in a multi-currency, international Group headquarters environment or within a large accounting practice with exposure to Group management and statutory reporting in a multi-currency, international Group environment.
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, conscientious, well organised and with great attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required. Experience of working with Group Consolidation Systems such as EPM or Hyperion would be a distinct advantage.
• Good technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and UK GAAP)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
