Group Financial Accountant

Our client is a North Kent based leading player in their field and international business offering a range of high-quality services. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Group Financial Accountant will have responsibility for the organisations monthly management and statutory accounts.

The role will cover:

• Consolidated management accounts
• FRS102 statutory accounts and audit
• Full balance sheet control/ responsibility 
• Preparation of Corporation tax, VAT, intrastat and payroll taxes
• Management of fixed asset register and depreciation budgeting
• CAPEX
• Budgets and forecasts
• Project accounting

Applicants must be fully qualified and possess a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure the integrity of the financial numbers and make sure the appropriate checks and balances are in place. You will demonstrate an extensive range of skills including exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ideally applicants will have a practice background, making either their first or second move in industry.
