Role: Finance Manager
Salary: Circa £65,000
Location: Deeside
Employing 23,000 staff across 120 locations in 29 countries generating revenues of circa £3 billion, working in partnership with all the world's major automobile manufacturers TI Automotive develops, manufactures and supplies automotive fluid storage, carrying and delivery systems.
TI Automotive Deeside, part of Fuel Tank & Delivery Systems (FTDS), develop and manufacture fuel tanks for diesel, petrol and hybrid vehicles. We are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager reporting directly to the European Finance Director.
As a number one on site (circa £55 million t/o) responsible for full management reporting, including P&L balance sheet cash flow, short term forecasting, budgeting and commercial reviews ensuring product profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing accounting organisation, ensuring they are fully compliant with current finance procedures and systems.
- Management of information with third parties
- Cash and P&L management
- Management of financial resources
- Management of investment budgets
- Financial planning and analysis (MTP, budget, 3-month forecast)
- Risk management
- Ensuring optimum tax modalities
- Maintain good working relationships with interest group, both external and internal
- Presentation of financial data in meetings and where necessary/ required
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects
- SOX compliance, including 302 certifications
- ERP (BPCS) analysis
- New project screening
- Monthly Ops reviews
- IFRS accounting
- Tax legislation
The successful candidate will need to be:
- CIMA/ACA or ACCA qualified with suitable PQE within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
- Degree level education preferably
- A proven leader with previous staff management experience, able to train & develop a small finance team to streamline processes & procedures within the Finance team to ensure deliver of real time management information to the Leadership Team
- Possess a confident & challenging personality, working as a pro-active member of the Senior Management Team
- Able to evidence previous experience of tightly managing supply chain processes, working capital and receivables.
