Commercial Finance Analyst - Liverpool - £40-£45k + bonus + benefits

A highly commercial finance role is being recruited by one of out key clients in the Merseyside area. The business are enjoying a period of really growth and innovation and they are looking to bring an ambitious, hungry commercial finance manager into the lively team.

Based out of their state of the art offices in Merseyside you will play a key part in accurately reporting and challenging the business's trading KPI's and investments across all business channels.

This is a very commercial business partnering role where the ability to challenge and influence is paramount to succeeding in the role.

You will be involved in:

• Challenge the eCommerce team in all aspects of their performance and drive out action plans to address issues and ultimately supporting the business's strategy.
• Identifying and highlighting courses of action within the eCommerce function that may be detrimental to the business and assist in the development of alternative actions.
• ROI and payback analysis for store refurbishment programme.
• Work closely with marketing to produce and analyse Multi-Channel reports to help determine future marketing strategies of the business.
• Maintain an accurate and timely daily sales report for all UK business channels, detailing key website KPI's, and with analysis on daily movement.
• Ongoing analysis on profitability of online only buys/online only promotions, and provide B&M/Ecom teams with valuable information to influence future buys.

You will be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Commercially strong
• A good communicator and influencer
• Career driven
• Retail experience would be beneficial but not essential
