An interim Finance Business Partner is being recruited for a high profile sporting organisation based in London / Middlesex. The organisation is currently going extensive change and transformation. As part of this process, a senior qualified accountant with extensive commercial finance experience is required to support on key operational decisions. With the role reporting into the Director of Commercial Finance, your responsibilities will be as follows:
-Be responsible for the commercial finance and FP & A activity of a P & L of £200m
-Build strong stakeholder relationships with key directors supporting on a variety of commercial decisions
-Support on the ongoing transformation project
-Manage and support the work of 4 Analysts
You will be a qualified accountant with a demonstrable level of finance business partnering experience. Previously, you will have been 'hands on' in the production of financial plans, budgets and forecasts. You will also have strong team management skills and be able to add immediate value on an interim basis.
