A key player in their respective sector and a highly reputable employer are inviting applicants to come in as Payroll & HR Manager. Reporting in to the FD, a brief outline of duties include:
- Responsible for the collating of monthly payroll data
- Administration for extra payments and deduction claims, e.g. overtime
- Pay inputs for two monthly payrolls
- Being the first point of contact for payroll and pensions related queries
- Maintaining all payroll information and records, including maternity, paternity and sick pay
- Submission of payroll data: To the FD for authorisation and submission to BACS; To HMRC - monthly and year end RTI, plus ad hoc.
- Absence and holiday monitoring and reporting
- Monthly pension submission to the approved company schemes
- Keeping the pensions records for new starters and leavers up to date
- Obtain/provide references: For new starters and previous employees
- Preparation of HR documents including contracts, offer letters and variation to contracts.
- Provide HR support with the employee exiting process.
- Maintaining HR database and updating personal files.
- First point of contact for all HR queries
