We are currently looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join a small finance team in Congleton.

Covering for maternity leave your role will involve:

*Ensuring invoice details are accurately input and coded correctly.
*Ensuring all invoices are paid to terms.
*Preparation of BACS and Cheque runs.
*Prepare supplier statement reconciliations as directed.
*Ensuring all filing is done correctly and promptly - including credit cards, invoices etc.
*Deal with supplier queries in a timely fashion to agreed service standards.
*Liaise with colleagues, ensuring effective communication with regard to any queries on invoices and payments.
The salary range is £19,000-£20,000 depending on experience. We are looking for a candidate with Purchase Ledger experience, accurate PC skills and excellent attention to detail
