Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a FTSE 100 employer of choice currently undergoing an exciting period of change and innovation, is looking to source a top calibre Senior Business Analyst to support an ongoing cost and efficiency programme for an initial 6 month period. With fantastic exposure to the Group FD, You will be part of a highly talented team, working across functions and brands, to ensure increased transparency throughout multiple projects and work streams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years' experience in Consulting preferably gleaned from one of the larger Strategy Houses (Bain, BCG, OCC, McKinsey etc.) You must have a strong understanding of risk and controls (ideally through a formal finance qualification), as well as demonstrating the ability to apply financial rigour in a complex and constantly evolving environment.

Focus of the role:
* Interrogate financial systems independently and cut cost data multiple difference wats (e.g. function, staff, 3rd party, capex/opex)
* Support end to end cost base aggregation
* Analyse and present data to inform where greatest opportunities may exist
* Support benefits tracking, providing oversight and mitigating risks, e.g. double-counting and ensuring benefits develop the framework for next year's tracking approach
* Review / High level challenge of Initiative business cases - e.g. profiling, level of savings, other areas savings could be realised
* Shaping Aggregate Investment and Savings view for Yrs 2-5 - 2-5Yr Efficiency Business Case
