Payroll Manager

Frazer John Recruitment Finance Practise is currently partnering with a national business based in Cheshire and an opportunity exists for an interim Payroll Manager.
To be successful in this role the Payroll Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to a small team of payroll processors.

The Payroll Manager will be required to:

• Manage a small team.
• Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to the team.
• Ensure deadlines are met and queries are dealt with efficiently and resolved in a timely fashion.
• Be able to demonstrate project management experience and have delivered projects to improve payroll processes.
• Demonstrate a track record of managing projects around payroll systems and processes.

Our client is a large service business and this is an exciting opportunity to add value quickly. This would suit an experienced Payroll Manager who has had experience in a payroll delivery role and project related roles.
