Robertson Bell are recruiting a Head of Finance position for a membership body based in Central London. This is newly created role and will be crucial to the organisation's development.This role will hold responsibility for:
*Prepare long-term strategy planning and work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team
*Provide insight and implement effective processes to improve the business
*Annual statutory reporting and year end/audit responsibilities
*Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and other monthly reporting
*Business partnering with a range of budget holders
The successful candidate will be a proactive and versatile individual who is strong in various aspects of finance and accounting. They will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have a desire to work in the not for profit sector. A knowledge of charity accounting will be beneficial but is not necessary so candidates from all sectors should apply.
