Do you have a track record in providing high quality financial reporting service?
Due to a project secondment, this leading UK brand is now recruiting for a Financial Controller for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
Key duties/responsibilities include:-
- Ensuring that the appropriate financial control systems are in place and ensures they are correctly operated
- Ensuring that the businesses meet regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting for all aspects of marketing spend,
- Key Balance Sheet items and cash flows.
- Responsible for forecasting foreign currency requirements and monitoring hedging strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:-
* Track Record in providing high quality financial reporting service
* Must have ability to present and explain complex financial situations and solutions to non-financial colleagues
* Experience required of managing the client side of year-end and interim external audits
* Preferably experience of managing relationships with colleagues in other countries and cultures
* Ability to work on own initiative and anticipate issues, trends and opportunities for improvement and present compelling recommendations for change
