International Tax Manager

The International Tax Manager will be responsible for the Group’s global tax affairs and implementation of a robust tax function to ensure tax compliance and reporting obligations are met.  You will work closely with the commercial, finance, legal and HR teams.  The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of international tax principles eg. Transfer pricing, withholding tax, the mechanics of double tax relief and the operation of treaties.  You liaise closely with international accounting firms and interpret advice and local legislation to provide pragmatic advice and commercial solutions on all areas of taxation, to ensure strong compliance whilst minimising the Group’s tax burden. 

The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified, with experience of working in an international accounting firm.  Previous experience within a corporate commercial environment is preferred but not essential.  You will have a combination of compliance and advisory skills to take the lead role in setting and enhancing tax policy and driving a highly compliant tax environment across the Group.
